BRING HARMONY TO YOURSELF

We can give others only what we have.
If we do not have love, kindness and forgiveness for ourselves then we cannot offer these things to others.
If we try to give others what we deny for ourselves, we are actually faking it from a sense of duty. This makes us get exhausted, stressed and leads to chaos and conflict.

Love, kindness and forgiveness towards oneself is important.
Taking care of your needs prevents emotional burnout. A gentle relationship with oneself allows for closer human connections without fear.

Treating yourself with kindness makes it much easier to extend patience, forgiveness and deep understanding to the people around you.
Self love builds a stable foundation that allows you to genuinely love and serve others without burning out.

Your Self is a body, mind and spirit complex.
Loving the ‘body self’ is giving it the rest, relaxation , sleep, food, enough water it needs for its survival.
Loving the ‘mind self’ is establishing thoughts of gratitude and joy and thoughts that bring happiness. Connecting with nature, and making peace with life is the food for the mind self.
Loving the ‘spirit self’ is to create a personal space of stillness, silence, connection with the breath, and alignment with the inner being-ness.

Getting into harmony with body, mind and spirit is an important daily practice that nurtures your physical health, mental clarity and your Soul purpose.
The physical world you experience begins with you, when you are not there, there is no world.
Harmony with your Self leads you to live in harmony with existence.
Blessings!

  1. Premlatha, the breakdown of body, mind, and spirit as three distinct things to nurture separately, yet in harmony, is such a practical way to approach self-love — it’s easy to say “love yourself” but much harder to know what that actually looks like day to day. This gives real, actionable shape to it.
