To live a fulfilled life, we must learn to access our intuition through our heart. Not everything can be understood or solved by the logical mind.
Each of us is born with a dream seed, a quiet inner purpose that grows only when we allow ourselves to feel, listen, and connect with the feelings that arise within us.
As children, we naturally lived this way. We did what felt good, what felt right, without worrying about how we looked or what others thought. Joy was simple. Joy was instinctive.
But as we grew, the world began to shape us. Expectations, rules, and judgments pulled us away from our intuition. We learned to please others, and eventually, we forgot how to trust ourselves. This disconnection creates stress in every part of life. It drains our energy and leaves us feeling lost.
Yet our emotions are always speaking to us, showing us exactly how we feel in our inner world. To create a balanced and meaningful life, we must honor those emotions and believe in our own inner wisdom.
The journey back to ourselves is a journey of getting back to loving and accepting ourselves again and again. Letting go is a significant part of this path. Like a seed that breaks open to grow, our hearts must open so we can return to who we truly are.
If we do not fill ourselves with our own love and acceptance, the world around us will fill that space for us, often with noise, pressure, and distraction.
Stop filling your days with things that do not reach your heart. Your heart is here to guide you. Its guidance is simple, wise, and steady. When you choose to listen, life becomes clearer, balanced and more aligned.
Your heart is your internal GPS. You can ask it about any challenge or choice.
1. If there is a choice you need to make, create a quiet space, place your hands on your chest, close your eyes, and breathe slowly as if you are breathing through your heart.
Then silently ask your heart if the choice you want to make is right for you. Pay attention to your body. Feeling is the key.
If you feel an open, expansive feeling then the answer is a “yes.”
If there is a feeling of tightness or discomfort , the answer is a “no.”
The body often registers the heart’s wisdom even before the brain catches up. So deeply feel into the feeling, without judgment. Let the moment be what it is.
2. You can also receive guidance through journaling. Place your hand on your heart, breathe and then ask, “What do I need to know?” or “How can I live a more joyful life?”
After asking, write whatever comes, without filtering, doubting, or trying to make sense of it. The meaning often reveals itself later through your day with synchronicities and small moments of clarity.
The wisdom of the heart is a calm, creative state where possibilities are endless. Feeling is the key, feel into what is right for you. When you combine what you feel in your heart with what you think in your mind, clarity arises in your decision making.
Make it a habit to connect with your intuition throughout the day. Pause often. Close your eyes. Place your hand on your chest. Feel your heartbeat. In a busy world, this simple practice can ground you, refocus your mind, and bring you back to yourself.
Your heart is your GPS in this powerful journey of self‑transformation, helping you to return to the truth of who you really are so that you can flow through your life experiences with effortless ease.
Blessings!
