YOUR STATE OF MIND MATTERS
Life exists only in the present. There is only the now moment, and you live entirely within it. The past and the future are stories in your mind, they are not here now. Your thoughts, emotions, and the way you feel all happen in the present moment.
When you imagine an enjoyable moment in the future, you are actually experiencing it now, and your body responds to it vibrationally now.
When you recall a joyful memory from the past, you are also experiencing it now, and your body responds in the same way. Whether you are remembering or anticipating, it is all happening in the present moment.
All of your power lies in the present, because the present is all that truly exists. Even the future becomes the present when it arrives. Your state of mind in this moment shapes the moments that follow.
If this is true, then you have the ability to choose the state of mind you want to be in. There are essentially two emotional directions: one that feels good and one that does not.
You can choose to focus on thoughts and memories that feel good right now. By consistently choosing thoughts that uplift you, you build positive momentum throughout your day.
Your body begins to vibrate with a positive response, inviting well‑being into your experience. When your present moment feels good, your future moments will reflect that goodness as well.
