You are a Divine being in physical form.
Source energy, the energy that creates worlds is flowing through you. This energy is a loving vibration of well being.
The experience of physical reality is pleasant and joyful when you are in alignment with the Source within you, when you can see the world through the eyes of Source.
To help you navigate through this reality, you are born with an emotional guidance system. The system perfectly guides you to get back into the truth of who you are.
Negative emotion is an indicator that tells you that you are looking at something differently than the Source energy within you. Life seems to be very hard when you have removed yourself far away from Source.
You think that the not so good feeling you get from the other person is because of something they are doing, but it is really because you are not in alignment with your Source.
The Source within you which is pure unconditional love sees the world as love.
The real work is to tend to your relationship with the Source within you, practice it all the time, then you will be able to see the positive aspect in others.
A simple practice is to write a list of gratitude about the person, this is not about getting back with that person, it is about aligning back with the true you.
Every morning I make it a practice to close my eyes, place my hand on my forehead, the place of the pineal gland (third eye) and affirm, “I choose to see this world through the eyes of Source.” I also place a tiny dot on my forehead to assure my partnership with my Source energy within me.
So make it a practice to first tune in to who you are and move through your day with that Oneness with the Source within you, then you will see that it will be very rare for anyone who is not in the same frequency as you to appear in your space.
