You are an energy being living in an ocean of energy, and energy is always in vibration. The rate at which energy vibrates creates frequencies. Everything you need already exists in this energetic field as a frequency. You already have access to it through your feelings and imagination.
But when you navigate the physical world using only your physical senses that are tuned only to the material world, you notice the absence of what you want. From that perspective, it looks like something is missing.
Yet you, here in this physical experience, are the one who brings what you want into actualization through conscious, deliberate choice.
In this ocean of frequency, frequencies always match. This is the natural law of frequency, and it does not change. You receive what you consistently think about.
When you pray for something and give thanks as if you already have it, you emit a frequency of joy and gratitude. By natural law, that frequency invites matching experiences into your space. This is what many ancient and Indigenous cultures describe as the “secret prayer code”—rejoicing before the blessing becomes visible. Rejoicing even in difficult times.
When you believe only what your physical senses show you and focus on the absence of something, you continue to receive the frequency of not having it. You tell the Universe, “I don’t have this,” and the Universe matches that signal.
So find ways to shift your attention away from the absence. Use your imagination. Create joyful inner movies. Speak more about your blessings and less about what seems missing. Stop relying solely on the data of the physical senses and recognize that your blessing already exists in frequency form. You invite it into your physical reality by becoming a vibrational match to it.
The more you practice being a frequency match, the more joyful your journey toward what you want becomes.
