CLARITY THROUGH THE OBSERVER’S EYE

When you sit in silence and notice your breath, you step into the role of the observer.
Your breath becomes the object, while you remain the subject, the one who perceives.
When you notice your body, the body too becomes the object. You are not the body.
When you notice your thoughts, you realize they are objects as well. You are not your thoughts.

To practice the observer’s stance is to witness without judgment, attachment, or opinion.
It is a neutral state, it is calm, spacious, and free.
This practice is needed in all of life’s situations.

When you can see yourself as separate from the situation, change becomes possible.
To be fully human, to be energized, is to be able to use people, plants, animals, ideas, thoughts, feelings, and interactions, use everything as a mirror.
A reflection of life itself, not just of you but of existence itself.

To look into those mirrors and say, “This is what is happening, and this is what applies to me,” is to see yourself clearly enough to change.
If you are sick, see yourself as sick.If you are happy, see yourself as happy.
This simple act of seeing creates a shift in your electromagnetic frequency, a change in your vibration, a transformation in your consciousness.

The observer’s presence reduces stress, softens emotional reactivity, and brings clarity to the mind.
From this clarity arises discernment, deeper self-awareness, and the light of understanding.
In that light, answers appear and grander solutions unfold.
Blessings!

  1. Such a wonderful message. I love the idea of using everything as a mirror to help us see the reflection! True gems in words! Namaste dear Poppy!!!

  2. This is quantum physics in action clearly. By becoming an observer with regular meditation , we will slowly start to make quantum force work in our favor 🙂. Thanks for the beautiful reminder Amma ❤️
