Imagination is a gift we are all born with. Imagination is a fundamental human capacity that drives personal growth. So using imagination as your powerful tool, invite the Divine Presence into your everyday activities.
The Invitation
Sit quietly with yourself for a short while.
In your mind’s eye, envision a radiant ball of orange-gold Sun above your head.
This Sun symbolizes the Divine Presence that is always available, always guiding, always protecting you.
Divine Grace flows to us every moment of life. The question is not whether it is present, but whether we are aware of it and willing to invite it into our daily experience.
When we consciously acknowledge and welcome this Grace, our life moves with greater ease and harmony.
The Practice
1. Find a quiet place where you can sit undisturbed for a few minutes.
2. Visualize a brilliant golden Sun of Divine Presence above your head.
3. Imagine your body as an empty vessel, ready to be filled with this radiant light.
4. With full attention, allow the golden Sun to pour its liquid light through the crown of your head, flowing down to the tips of your toes.
5. Feel every cell of your body illuminated with this radiance of joy, peace, vitality, and ease.
6. See yourself shining, radiant within, through, and all around you.
7. Hold this vision as long as you can, then ask this Divine light to be with you, guide you and protect you as you go through your day.
8. Repeat the practice as often as you wish.
Choosing to invite the Divine you notice the comfort and ease that remains within you, your day is blessed.
This visualization is a wonderful gift you give yourself, it works beautifully to dissolve stress and restore balance.
