Intuition, or our inner compass, is a basic human potential. Every human being is born with it. It is the wisdom within us that is different from the logical mind.
Your body has its own intelligence which is instinct.
Instinct protects the body and keeps it functioning. Instinct is the intelligence of your body.
Intuition is the wisdom of your consciousness. When you are consciously present, you naturally connect with your intuition.
To access this presence, work with yourself to enter a pleasant state of mind, because your true nature is happiness. We have forgotten who we really are, so the logical mind keeps searching for happiness outside. But happiness feels out of reach only because it lives within us, while we keep trying to find it in external things.
As humans, we all carry emotional baggage from the past. This baggage blocks our intuition which is the inner guide we are born with, the wisdom we need for every meaningful decision in life.
To access intuition, we must learn to let go.
Letting go is an act of courage.
It means releasing the beliefs, opinions, and meanings we absorbed from the outer world. These beliefs are not our truth. They are not our lived experience. They do not serve our growth.
Life’s intention is for us to evolve, but when we cling to old beliefs, our growth becomes limited.
Life, in its kindness, brings wake‑up calls in the form of situations that shake us out of our comfortable habits. We think our beliefs keep us safe, but often they push us into deeper fear, taking us further away from our own wisdom. This makes transitions painful and prevents us from creating solutions. Our emotional baggage weighs us down with unresolved conflicts, old wounds, painful interactions, and unmet needs. When we release , when we let go of the old, we make space for intuition, our true inner wisdom.
Across ancient cultures, people underwent initiations at different stages of life. These initiations required courage, facing fears, and rising into a higher level of being. In modern times, we no longer have such structured processes. No one teaches us how to face fear and become fearless.
So now life becomes the teacher.
We face fear and confusion in jobs, relationships, health, and finances. Situations may feel overwhelming, even like the end of the world. Depending on where you are in life, the intensity may feel enormous.
But if you are in such a phase, it is actually an advantage.
Life is giving you an initiation.
Life is testing your capability. And you are born capable.
The situation may be frightening, but there is always a gift.
You only need to train yourself to look for it, practice gratitude, get into gratitude for everything, it is a powerful step.
In times of chaos or confusion, it is essential to place the mind and its stories in the back seat. Step back. Become the observer. Getting into the observer position gives you a better perspective of the situation.
As humans, we are born with the ability to create grand solutions. Forgetting our whole self and identifying only with the body and mind leads us into chaos.
Life slows us down so we can tune in to our intuition.
Intuition exists beyond the duality of the mind. It offers a higher perspective. When we embrace this inner potential, we begin to flow with existence.
Your inner compass gives your direction.
The answers you receive are meant specifically for you.
Intuition is not physical , it is spirit energy. It lives in the heart space and guides us like a compass or a GPS. The body is the ship. The heart is the compass. And the energies that guide you are the essence of the Creator.
To live authentically, joyfully, and successfully, you cannot move blindly through life. You need your compass, your inner guidance, your connection to the wisdom you are born with.
Blessings!
