CELEBRATING THE LIGHT WE ALL CARRY

We are grand beings of immense love and light. The greater part of our existence resides in the formless, spiritual dimension, while only a small portion focuses temporarily on the physical world to gather wisdom through time‑bound experiences. When we accept and honor the fullness of who we truly are, we naturally begin to treat ourselves with kindness, honesty, trust, and love.

As the physical self moves through the physical landscape, it is continuously guided and supported by the higher self that dwells in the spiritual dimension. This higher self has a 360‑degree view of the cosmos and of our earthly journey. The real you is an eternal spiritual being temporarily wearing a physical suit for a physical experience.

When the body‑mind allows the support and guidance of the higher self, life begins to unfold with effortless ease.
Yet, many times the body‑mind becomes hypnotized by physical reality. We forget our spiritual nature and start identifying solely with the temporary character we play. This forgetfulness creates confusion, stress, and inner chaos.

It is our birthright to maintain conscious connection with our spiritual self. This connection is strengthened through inner work practices that help us remember who we are even while living in a physical form.

Anyone who chooses to prioritize spiritual development over material distraction can experience this connection. Acknowledging our higher self is what many traditions describe as becoming the Christ, the Krishna, the Buddha, or countless other names given to awakened consciousness around the world.

Inner work includes meditation, communion with nature, gratitude, appreciation, emotional processing, and following one’s joy without expectation or judgment.
Even sleep is a form of unconscious meditation, a return to our spiritual home where we receive healing and guidance. This is possible because we are not physical beings trying to be spiritual; we are spiritual beings temporarily focused on the physical.

When we consciously invite our higher self into every aspect of our life, we receive clearer guidance, grander solutions, and deeper understanding. We begin to feel our interconnectedness with all beings, humans, animals, plants, the Earth, angels, spirits, and all seen and unseen life. We recognize that we are not limited to a small body and mind; we are as vast as the cosmos itself.

Throughout history, benevolent masters and teachers have lived among us embodying compassion, non‑judgment, and unwavering trust in the goodness of existence. These were humans who allowed the pure light of higher consciousness to flow through them, becoming gifts to the planet.
They reminded us that each of us carries powerful tools to transform our lives, and that through the spirit of our higher self, we can do all that they did and even more.

Across cultures, this awakening has been called Christ Consciousness, Buddha Consciousness, Krishna Consciousness, and many other sacred names.

According to ancient calendars, the period of December to January is especially potent for spiritual practices. During this time, our planet is closest to the Sun, a symbolic reminder of the spiritual inner sun within us. Meditations during this season become deeper, more intense, and bring us closer to the heart of the Creator.

In this sacred time of the year, let us choose to connect more deeply with our spiritual nature. Let us raise our consciousness so that we may create love, joy, beauty, prosperity, and harmony for ourselves, for one another, and for all beings on this planet.

May the healing and sustaining energies of our higher consciousness fill our homes and our hearts, dear friends.
Blessings and warm greetings to each and every one of you in this beautiful season.
