A PATH TO FREEDOM

–Let Go, Let God

Human beings are complex.
Each person is a compilation of all the experiences they’ve gone through from their mother’s womb until now. They are shaped by how they’ve dealt with problems, the books they’ve read, the movies they’ve watched, the thoughts they’ve believed, the emotions they’ve felt, their cellular memories, and much more.
So, it’s truly impossible to fully understand another person, no matter who they are or how close they may be to you.

Every person we interact with is actually a projection from our own mind. We are not engaging with the real person.
Our sense organs gather data, but our brain decodes that data based on our past experiences, expectations, beliefs, and emotional states. This means the person we perceive is not the actual person, but a version shaped by our internal landscape.
We categorize people in our minds under labels like ‘friend’, ‘authority figure’, ‘stranger’, ‘good person’, ‘bad person’, and so on.

When we meet someone, we interact not with the real person in front of us, but with the mind-created version. We respond from our beliefs and expectations. This leads to false expectations, disappointments, and the urge to control the person or situation.

We continue living in a mind-made world, separating ourselves from true existence and missing the opportunity to experience life fully. We miss the chance to truly know the person before us.

Each person and situation appears in our space as a gift to help us grow and evolve in consciousness.
If we journey through life relying only on our limited physical senses and mind-created stories, we fail to perceive the truth.
Acknowledging this illusion of control is essential.
The only thing we can truly control is our own mindset, our attitudes, actions, and reactions.

Simple surrender and trust in the process of life help us overcome confusion.
Focusing on our own spiritual growth and trusting that the Higher Intelligence of life is in control allows us to move through situations and relationships with ease.

The Practice
• Shift focus from changing others or circumstances to changing your own attitude, choices, and mindset.
• Consciously choose to let go and let God. Take a step back and allow the greater Divinity within you to take charge.
• Sit in stillness, meditate, and become self-aware. Enquire into the thought or emotion that seeks control or feels fear. The light of your awareness helps to dissolve them.
• Be ready to accept the situation. Open yourself to new ways of thinking. Consciously and continuously choose thoughts that heal and empower.
By consciously uplifting yourself, you step into the path of freedom and ease.
Blessings!
