MIND TRAINING EVERYDAY
Practice gratitude. Give thanks as many times as you can during the day. Take gratitude breaks from the busyness of life. Make a gratitude journal and keep it updated every single day.
Connect with your Divinity Your heart is the sacred sanctuary where you can connect with your Divinity. Place your hand on your heart, close your eyes , notice your breath. Imagine that you are breathing through your heart. Then ask your heart that you receive guidance and clarity in all aspects of your life. The guidance that comes will amaze you.
Train your mind to see gifts in all situations whatever it may be. Stop encouraging negative mind stories, do not make other’s negative stories as yours. Know that every situation irrespective of what it is, has a gift in it. Ask your heart to help you find the gift.
Focus on being happy. Create happy mind-movies, or imaginations. Imagine that what you want has already happened, work up that happy feeling. You are a frequency being and when you give out the happy frequency, it will bring matching frequencies into your space. Because the law of frequency is ‘ like frequency attracts like frequency.
Do all that it takes to do to free your mind of negativity, take a walk in nature, fly a kite, hug a tree, run down the beach, blow bubbles, listen to beautiful music, watch inspiring videos, play with children or pets, help a friend, help a stranger, just sit with yourself in silence and notice your breath, feel your heart beat, add more happy tasks to the list, keep going.
Life has its own mysterious ways to bring to you more of that which you are focusing on, so be consistent in your focus, keep going.
