THE GIFT

Take time to sit with yourself.

Do a life review.

Pull out memories that do not support you.

Face them all over again fearlessly.

Process them deeply, clearly.

Then you don’t need to let them go, they just dissolve.

This is a great gift you can give yourself and for this Planet.

It is only then can you practice any kind of mystical art.

Whether meditation, affirmations or visualizations, they can only work with a clear mind.

The practice of self contemplation is a meditative way to release beliefs and programs that do not support you anymore. All beliefs and fears programmed by society, family, media and culture have filled your cup and they involve in every decision making of life, creating chaos and confusion.

You cannot pour new tea in a dirty tea cup that already has old tea in it, the new tea will be of no use.

It is our responsibility to do a life review and weed out all the memories that do not support us in anyway anymore.

A responsible human is a wise human, a wise human is an asset to the Planet.

Take a step back where you can see your thoughts and emotions and realize what kind of behavior you are exhibiting. The observer view point gives you much advantage in your physical reality. It helps you to be clear, to consciously make choices. For any kind of understanding about your reality, it is important to step back and observe yourself.

Getting into harmony with existence, life flows with effortless ease. Separation is disharmony. To get out of separation and disharmony, change your interactions with life.

Practice the art of using everything as your mirror, it may be people, plants, ideas, animals, thoughts, feelings, everything, use everything as your mirror. A mirror that reflects you and your interaction with life. See yourself as separate as an observer of the reflection and that is when you can change the reflection. Just the act of taking time to sit with yourself and notice, is powerful enough to change your consciousness.

Every night before going to bed, I make it a point to sit comfortably with myself in silence and review my entire day. I do it like a rewind from the last action I did for example putting on my night clothes to get ready for bed, and then move ahead to brushing my teeth and so on till the time I woke up in the morning. I do it without judgment.

Then if there is a point of time in the review where I felt sad or tired, I do the step of negation. It is like seeing yourself separate from the things or emotions that drain your energy and clearly say “I am not these things, I am me”. Just making the choice to see ourselves is a huge inner work that helps to move forward in life with ease.

The most important thing to realize is that you are made of the material of the Universe and you have the wisdom of the Universe within you. The greatest thing is to be you, yourself.

When you are yourself, and you are connected to yourself, it is easy to connect to the Universe, and to the flow of life within. It is an art of taking care of yourself. It is a practice of finding joy about being alive. It is a way of being happy instead of relating to problems.

If you are joyful about your life, you have enough inner strength and energy to help someone else. But if you are drained by thoughts and emotions, you cannot help yourself nor can you help anyone else. You have to help yourself, get your strength and energy before helping others.

When you are a clear vessel, there is space for Divine inspiration to flow through you, you become a grand gift for yourself and for others in your life.
