I would like to share a simple Qi Gong practice called Pingshuai.
It is a simple swinging the arms practice to help energy circulation in the body.
Qi Gong is energy medicine.
Qi means your life- force energy.
Moving your life force energy through your body helps to release stuck energy and open your energy channels so that energy can move within , through and around you easily.
Stuck energy means all the pent up emotions and fears that we do not address, these emotions and fears get stuck within our body system and create blocks.
We are energy beings, when our energy centers are blocked they affect the organs in our body. Our health depends on energy and the easy flow of energy within us.
When energy is able to flow easily through our body’s energy centers, the body is able to heal its organs and our body radiates with health and well being.
This simple Qi Gong that I wanted to share is called Pingshuai Gong. A Qi Gong Master from Taiwan, Li Fengshan is the pioneer of Pingshuai Qi Gong.
It is a very simple practice that anyone can do, it holds powerful health giving properties.
Personally this Qi Gong has helped me tremendously in improving my health.
A few years ago, I was walking with a walker, I changed my diet and I became better and did not need my walker any more, but it was extremely difficult for me to climb stairs.. Then through Divine Guidance I found this Qi Gong practice on YouTube, it was very simple to do.
I started doing this Qi Gong regularly for 15 minutes everyday, I really enjoyed doing it. Within a month of doing it regularly, I noticed that I could climb stairs easily. I was so thrilled.
Then I noticed that my thigh muscles and calf muscles and muscles of my arm have become strong and they had a different feel to it as if I had gone to a gym everyday.
I also noticed that swinging the arms helped to release stuck energy, because after the practice I felt like a little child, happy and relaxed.
This Qi Gong is so simple but powerful, the practitioners say that it boosts immune system, enhances balance, increases flexibility in joints and muscles, strengthens bones, improves circulation, replenishes energy level of the body, relaxes the body, promotes a calm and clear mind, and sharpens our sensory perception.
The Qi Gong nurtures the entire body and mind.
Also the practitioners say that the combination of stillness and gentle movement in the exercise activates the alpha waves of the brain that help to relieve stress, decrease anxiety, improve memory and enhance creative thinking.
Pingshuai Qi Gong practice is available as guided video lessons on YouTube, anyone can access it.
I continue to do this practice everyday and enjoy its benefits. Please try it and enjoy its benefits dear friend. It is a very simple practice.
Blessings!
