Love created us.
We are created in the image of love.
Love is our human design.
We are loving beings. When we consciously choose to harmonize with our design we flow through life with effortless ease.
Practicing anything other than love keeps us in stress.
The opposite of love is fear. We get into fear when we forget to live as love.
Love and fear are two different frequencies, the law of frequency is ‘Like frequency attracts like frequency’, when we are radiating love frequency, we are inviting all that is related to love into our space, and the same way when we forget love, we get into fear and start giving out fear frequency that brings more like frequencies into our space.
We are energy beings, we radiate frequencies through our thoughts, words, actions, emotions, intentions and feelings. Our frequency is the language with which we communicate with the energy field that is flowing within, through and around us.
When we are choosing to tune ourselves to love frequency with our thoughts, words and actions, we give out an invitation to more love frequency to enter into our space so that our life experiences become enhanced with love, ease and grace.
Valentine’s day is a reminder to celebrate love, to celebrate the Divine within us.
Understanding our Divine design of love it is important to align ourselves with the love that we are.
Simple things that one can do to celebrate Valentine’s day:
1. Take time to sit with yourself in silence, meditate on the love that you have in your life, for all the things lovingly provided by life for your daily needs and for the loving friends and family in your life. Start giving thanks, for all these precious gifts, notice your body and its wisdom, notice your breath, give thanks for your life experiences.
2. Give love gifts to people through your acts of kindness, through volunteering or by simply being present and creating space to listen to others.
3. Take a walk in nature and bless the plants and animals and rocks around you, enjoy the sunshine or the shade of a tree, notice the breeze touching you, notice the earth supporting your body, reflect on the Divine love that exists all around you.
4. Practice the attitude of gratitude through the day many times. Reflect on all the things you have in your life and give thanks. Acknowledge the presence of your loved ones and others in your life and take time to let them know how much you appreciate them.
Make your Valentine’s Day more meaningful and enjoyable by reflecting on the love that you have in your life, by giving thanks, showing love and kindness to others and connecting with nature, so that you get into harmony with your true design which is the design of pure love.
