The first organ to develop in a fetus is the heart.
We all begin our life as our heart.
It is only through the heart that we can access the qualities of love like compassion, appreciation, cooperation, care, kindness, forgiveness, etc. Applying the qualities of love we lift ourselves above judgment, separation and blame.
Your heart connects you to your true self. You are truly living only when you are connected with your heart. In the modern busyness of the world we started connecting more to the intellect and things of the mind and forgot the heart. We cut off our own source to aliveness.
The heart is the seat of the soul.
Divine intelligence is in the heart, not in the intellect.
Choosing to intentionally connect with the heart and demonstrating the heart qualities in our life is an important step towards creating harmony for ourselves and for the human collective.
Living from the heart’s intelligence is an advanced mode of living. The heart qualities of love bring more care, more compassion and forgiveness and less judgment. This creates healing from separation and more joy in our relationships with each other and with the planet.
Appreciation and compassion are heart related feelings, they require access to the intelligence of the heart.
The mind can conceptually understand wholeness but only the heart can experience wholeness.
When we continue to judge from the mind we are off balance. The heart is wiser, the heart does not judge.The heart is balanced by a deeper truth of life, it understands the profound beauty of the Great Spirit.
True freedom is living in appreciation for everything and loving without condition. Lack of forgiveness, judgment and all kinds of separation, keeps us bound to stress.
We are born as loving beings, our aliveness comes from our heart. Losing connection with our heart, we walk around the planet as the walking dead since we cut off our own source to aliveness.
In our heart we always know the right thing to do in any given situation but many times because of the ego’s judgment we fail to live as our true selves.

Sharing some simple techniques that I practice. I trust that anyone can practice these techniques to help them connect with their heart. When we live from the heart, we create a coherence with our heart, brain and spirit and this coherence helps us to move through life with effortless ease.
Some simple techniques to connect with the heart:
1. Be out in nature, hear the birds singing, see the blue sky, sit under a tree and simply experience the experience. The Great Spirit is all around us, when we respect everything we come into wholeness.
2.Take time to sit quietly for a few minutes and notice your breath, start breathing consciously, on the in-breath imagine you are breathing in divine love through your entire body and on the out-breath radiate the feeling of gratitude.
3. Place your hand on your heart, imagine that your are breathing in and out through your heart and tell your heart silently, “I love you my heart, I thank you”
Do this communication with your heart for a few minutes with complete connection. At this time you can also ask your heart for guidance.
It is wonderfully empowering to be aligned with your heart. Your heart is the only thing you can trust. When you ask your heart for guidance, synchronistic events happen to bring you greater solutions and answers.
