THE GRAND HUMAN DESIGN

A judgmental thought happens because of our own insecurities and limited beliefs. Constantly encouraging judgmental thoughts about people and situations creates enormous anxiety, depression and stress.

It is not an easy task to respond to situations non-judgmentally.

It also does not mean that you have to have a positive view.

Non-judgment is simply about acknowledging the circumstances and feelings without engaging in opinions and evaluations.

All judgments arise from our past experiences and belief systems about perfection that we gathered from our families, society, education or religion. Perfection is a myth. The basis of life is imperfection.

Imperfection helps us to strive to live boldly, wildly and uncertainly. Imperfection creates opportunities to grow, evolve and find grander solutions. Imperfection supports life, perfection is death. Only that which is dead has no cause to continue to create, grow or evolve.

The beauty of life is all its twists, turns, bends, ups and downs. They create grand opportunities for us to test our capability as great creator beings.

Understanding and accepting imperfection is freedom.

Accepting and getting excited to try your capability because of an imperfection is the journey of life.

In this life’s journey if we bring in judgment to imperfection then we get into stress and depression and forget to live life as the capable beings that we are.

You just have to give up on being perfect and start doing things spontaneously as a response to life’s journey and move on.

Just continue to love yourself, trust your capability, become excited of all the opportunities/imperfections that life brings your way to help you to constantly become the next higher version of yourself.

Never be afraid of imperfection, imperfection is freedom and growth. It is freeing to accept and live as humans with all our beautiful imperfections.

The moment we first stop judging and accepting ourselves, we find that we are able to accept the imperfections in others.

Our accepting will then help them to accept themselves.

Acceptance of the present moment, releases the needless suffering of exhaustion and frustration. Acceptance does not mean we like what is happening, or that we do not have any goals for the future.

Acceptance helps to stop the multiplication of scary mind stories/thoughts. Acceptance helps to relieve the stress of the moment so that we can then deal with the situation from our inner strength and bring grander solutions.

Imagine a world where every one accepts themselves and each other, it will be one beautiful place free of unhappiness, gloom, worry or anxiety. The world will be a place of acceptance and renewal. It will be a place where we all continue to dream greater visions and create grander solutions.

The human being is ingrained with nobility within, this is our grand design. To be human is to live in good will and have the willingness to do good. ‘Human’ is an opportunity to anchor higher consciousness.

It is important to live life simply, let go past stories, and spontaneously respond to life with noble thoughts, words and deeds.

Every situation is an opportunity to help us understand our nobility within and to continuously evolve into our grander selves.

May we give the gift of acceptance and appreciation for ourselves and others as we move through this beautiful life journey.
