THE SPIRITUAL EXPERIENCE
Human experiences and relationships are challenging.
We are divine beings experiencing a human experience.
When we forget to align with our divinity, we continue to struggle with our interactions with life.
The greatest struggles we face is not with others but with our own selves. Our struggles end when we become aware and awaken to the Divinity within us.
Divinity is unconditional love. Forgetting to connect with our inner world and attaching ourselves to our outer world and our expectations of it, we continue to suffer.
The greatest respect and love we can give others in this human experience is, to allow them to be who they are.
Loving someone means you do not judge them nor do you try to fix them.
True love is not about fixing or changing others, it is about seeing them clearly and allowing them to walk their own path even if it diverges from yours.
This detachment does not mean that you are abandoning love, it means that you are letting go of expectation and accepting life as it is.
The suffering we experience from attachment is a great teacher, it teaches us the importance of self respect and the balance in giving and receiving.
It teaches us that we can truly love others only when we learn to love ourselves first. If we do not have love for ourselves we will never know how to give love to others. We will continue to expect love and appreciation from others and end up with pain and resentment in the process.
The greatest struggle we need to face is not with others but with our own self. The struggle shapes us to become more wiser and compassionate.
We get into the understanding that we have to stop expecting the other person to act a certain way or to acknowledge our sacrifices.
When we free ourselves from judgment and expectation, we bring great liberation for ourselves and for everyone around us. Every single human is a compilation of light and shadows. If we are not aware of this we continue to struggle with our own shadows.
Every relationship is just for a fraction of a moment in eternity.
Every interaction with life is an opportunity to practice kindness and patience even if it is not reciprocated.
This does not mean you tolerate harm, it means that you approach life from your heart’s understanding and not from your mind’s judgment.
The heart helps you to trust life, the heart reveals to you that both joy and pain are perfect and when you allow the light of understanding every situation turns into your favor.
Just like meditation, every situation is a spiritual path in itself. Every situation requires patience, presence and a willingness to align with ones own inner beingness and strength.
Choosing to live from our heart we continue to grow into the higher versions of ourselves.
There are no good or bad situations or people, there are only lessons for us to learn the truth of who we truly are. To understand that we are unconditional love.
The practice of stillness, connecting with nature, meditation, taking time everyday to process thoughts and emotions, practicing self love and gratitude, connecting with the heart, having conversations with the heart, all types of breath work, practicing energy arts like Reiki, Yoga, martial arts, Qi Gong, all these practices helps us to align with our Divinity within. Living from our heart as the divine beings that we are, we move through life with effortless ease.
Every situation, every interaction is custom made by life for us to grow and evolve and align with our true self.
Truly this human experience is a grand spiritual experience.
Blessings!
