QUANTUM JUMPS

A Quantum Jump is moving from one energy state to another.
Everything in the physical are a crystallization of energy. Our thoughts, emotions are also energy. We live in an ocean of energy.
Energy around us is constantly moving, it responds to our thoughts and emotions and crystallizes accordingly.

Our thoughts, emotions and beliefs keep us in a particular energy state. If we do not want to be in a particular energy state, we simply need to change our perception.

Our thoughts and emotions arise from beliefs that are personal to us, beliefs about life and situations that we have accumulated inside us from our birth, from society, family, religion and all other systems that we encounter on the planet. These beliefs become the lens through which we perceive the world around us. This perception is not completely true, it is not the whole truth because it is colored by our beliefs.

The energy field or the quantum field around us is neutral, it is rich in possibilities and probabilities and we have access to all the innumerable probabilities and possibilities through our feelings. Feelings are the language that we can use to communicate with this energy field and attract that which we want into our space.

Making a practice of processing thoughts and emotions, resolving to see things in a better way, practicing stillness, connecting with our heart center, practicing energy arts like Qi Gong, Reiki, Tai Chi, all these practices help us to shift our perception, and create good feeling within us. Self Care of body and mind, keeps us energetically powered up. The good feeling within become a powerful key to communicate with the energy field around us. We get to make a quantum jump into a state of energy that is more in harmony with our feelings.

Quantum Jumps happen when we change our perception by choice and get to experience reality in a different way.

Here is a simple exercise that you can do:
This simple exercise can be done when you are having a constant negative thought about someone or some situation that creates sadness in you.
Take a piece of paper and write the opposite of that saddening thought.
Put the paper in your pocket and take it out many times look at it, read it many times during your day.
For example if the constant nagging saddening thought about someone is like, ” He/She does not love me.”
Then in the paper write the opposite sentence ” He/She loves me”.
Carry the paper around with you wherever you go.
Make it your personal affirmation.
Read it as many times as you can throughout your day.
As you sincerely do this your mind will slowly start noticing a kinder more loving aspect of that person. You also see yourself becoming more kinder and more loving. You even find more loving people come in your life.
Now you have made a powerful Quantum Jump in your reality.

You are capable of shifting your reality in amazing ways. It is possible absolutely. Remember the key is to sit with yourself, process your thoughts and emotions and resolve to see things in a better way.
