Nothing works without practice.
Practice is training the mind.
You are not your mind, you are your mind’s trainer.
Train your mind to understand and see what the heart knows already.
Your heart knows that you are life and that you are also the experiencer of life, and that which is life is kind.
And so when you choose to align in harmony with life, life reveals its magic and miracles to you.
Our logical mind has no idea about this. So it is our personal responsibility to help our mind get into harmony with life.
The mind is a powerful tool, in this busy modern-world experience we use the mind to work for us everyday, all the time, for all things.
We give the mind a little guidance and it takes over. The kind of guidance and training we give the mind is important.
If we take the responsibility to train the mind in the right way, then the mind will have good guidance from its master, that is You.
To help the mind to know and understand that life is kind, a simple practice is gratitude journaling. It is the practice of keeping a record of all the gifts of life. Putting it on paper makes your mind focus.
Practice writing gratitude in a notebook sincerely everyday.
Get a notebook for this special journaling practice.
Decorate the notebook with a beautiful cover and happy pictures that you like, make it a very special tool for you.
Keep it in a place where you have access to it anytime.
Every day take time to write down neatly and legibly about the things in life you are grateful for, the things that you appreciate.
Start with simple things like being grateful for the air you breathe, the food, the water, the people in your life, for intelligence, for health, for friends, for love, for sleep, for the sunshine, for the trees, birds, flowers, the breeze, for situations, for tools, just keep going on anytime, anywhere, anywhen you get time, write them down.
Write the words slowly, hold it in your mind, feel it, be present with it, the more present you are with the sentence, the more exciting your energy grows with the body. Be present with the feeling of every word as you write.
As you continue this practice, expand your thoughts to give thanks not only for the good, but also the not so good situations. This is an act of acknowledgement and trust for life from you. This is a deeper work, it is magical, because as you continue to do this you will notice that the ‘not so good’ situations also turn into your favor.
Train your perception to notice the gifts in every situation irrespective of what they are.
This attitude of gratitude and appreciation helps you create grander solutions, it helps you experience your capability as a creator being, you expand in consciousness.
Your body follows your mind, so you experience your physical body also shifting along as you expand your consciousness.
When you change your perception, you absolutely shift your consciousness. Diligent practice of the attitude of gratitude, changes your perception. By your perception of noticing the gifts of life you now emit a different frequency that is higher than the one you were previously emitting.
The law of frequency is ‘Like frequency attracts like frequency’. So when you shift your frequency, the situation also shifts.
Everything will bend to our will if we change our perception and raise our frequency.
Practicing the attitude of gratitude you notice yourself smiling more often, laughing more easily, you feel more calm and peaceful through your day, things that were challenging before now start flowing smoothly, your heart flows with gratitude and joy, and you are able to be at a more balanced emotional and mental state.
Take personal responsibility and give yourself permission to change your perception and experience the joy of living.
