RESPOND TO LIFE WITH CLARITY
We are timeless, eternal beings, we experience ‘human’ just for a fraction of a moment in eternity. Birth/death, time/space are all illusions created to help us experience the ‘human’ experience.
Each one of us are a unique world unto ourselves. We create this world with our thoughts, our emotions, our perceptions, our desires, our attachments, our dreams, our feelings.
Since each one of us are in our own world no one can ever understand another person’s story, and even if they do understand, it will only be from their own perspective.
Even in love we cannot actually love anyone completely; we only love the concepts we have about them.
It is funny to notice that one true romance we all have is with our own stories and our own concepts.
And so as the stories and concepts change we continue to change our so called likes and loves and our understanding.
The mind stories of innumerable concepts and perceptions create confusion and do not allow clarity.
When anyone is hurtful or displaying negative emotion it is only because of this confusion.
It is not the people or situations that scare us, it is our own thought about them. When we choose to sit in stillness and examine that thought, we understand that it is not who we are. That is when the though gets deleted and you can move forward.
Consciously practicing quiet times with the self, even if it is for a few minutes, helps us access the wisdom of our Divinity.
Being in this human body is an opportunity to practice grandness. It is an opportunity to bring peaceful thoughts, kind words and compassionate actions.
The greater purpose of this human experience is to make peace with all mind stories and bring clarity to the mind.
When the mind is clear, we respond to life from the purest love that we are. We are divine beings in physicality.
We are timelessness experiencing itself in time.
We are love.
Love, awareness, compassion, responsibility are sacred human qualities that emanate from our inner world, our Divinity.
When we live from our inner world, our outer world will have to rearrange itself accordingly.
