BECOME THE LIVING PRAYER

In this physical experience we are in partnership with the Divine.
We have the gift of crystallizing energy into matter in this physical reality.
Crystallization of energy happens with our attention, focus and intention.
We evolve and expand in consciousness through our every desire and asking.

A prayer is an energy experience, it is a co-creation with the Divine. It is a personal relationship between the Divine in the Spiritual realm and the physical you in the physical realm.
This relationship involves unconditional trust and appreciation.

As soon as the you in the physical realm asks something, in prayer, the benevolence of the Divine in the spiritual realm releases the answer instantly. The Divine is our loyal partner in creation.
Every asking is a thirst to expand in consciousness.

Every asking in prayer has to accompany with total trust that the answer has been given instantly. The answer is in the form of energy.
We, in the physical realm have the power to crystallize the energy into physical matter with our thoughts, words, intention and feelings.
The work that we need to do as a loyal partner with the Divine to manifest our prayer is to get into trust and appreciation. The attitude of trust and appreciation makes us open and receptive to receive the answer from the Divine.

So now we start acting with purpose that the answer is here now even though we cannot feel or see it with our physical senses.
We trust even though we cannot sense it with our physical senses and we start being in gratitude and joy that we have received the answer, we express it through our thoughts, words, actions and emotions.

As we bring in more joy and gratitude with intention, the answer released by the Divine in energy form quickly manifests into the physical form.
This is the way of becoming the living prayer. In this physical realm we are the hands, feet, mouth of the Divine. We are the representatives of the Divine in the physical.
We are Divinity in physicality.

This is our power in this physical world, we convert energy into matter through our intention, attention and focused feelings of joy, love, and gratitude. Becoming aware of who we are, we participate in conscious creation. We get to create a wonderful reality for ourselves and for our Planet.

When we forget that we are co-creators with the Divine, we get stuck, we hang on to the asking mode in doubt and fear. Remember, we have the power to become the living prayer. Practicing gratitude and trust beyond the mind and its stories is a great spiritual practice.

Making a habit of getting into joy, gratitude and excited anticipation through the day, to the best of your ability is important.
Get into the habit because you can, get into the habit with no expectation of the outcome from your mind. The mind cannot understand these powerful mysteries of the human nature.

Make it a life long practice to get into the elevated emotions of trust and appreciation. Give gratitude even before you have the physical evidence of things, understand that you are the living prayer on this Planet. By your trust and appreciation you manifest amazing possibilities.

The quantum scientists say that “this is a participatory universe” and we are in partnership with the Divine.
We are grand co-creators.
With our elevated emotions of joy and gratitude we become the living prayer.
