INVITE GOODNESS

The true nature of human existence is to find Source/God in all things. To fall in love with everything.
This cannot happen from the mind, it can only happen if one courageously chooses to go beyond the mind.
The mind can travel only to the past or the future, it does not understand the Present Moment.
You find Source/God only in the Present Moment.

Anxiety about the past and worry about the future happens only in the mind and so we suffer when we are attached to the mind and its beliefs about the past and the future.
An emotion cannot happen without having a belief first.
When there is a feeling of discomfort or sadness within, immediately inquire into it.
Sit with it, contemplate it and ask why the feeling occurred, what beliefs brought it.

No one or nothing on the outside can make us suffer unless we choose to. So when you feel bad, ask yourself why you would want to feel that. When you take time to sit with yourself and give attention to the feeling, the feeling slowly dissipates.

Your attention has power, your attention is your love and kindness for yourself. This is the moment you start feeling your Source/God within you. The suffering ends. Pain is an experience but suffering is a choice. When you understand that choice is under your control, you have taken the step towards success.

We are visionaries, imagination is our power, our focus attention and intention create magic. When we forget to sit with ourselves or investigate into our feelings, we forget our visionary ability and we live from the old memories of the past and continue to create the same situations again and again.

The law of this Universe is what you sow, you reap. So all your experiences come from beliefs. Experiences are a manifestation from beliefs, and experiences continue to strengthen the beliefs. And the cycle goes on.

When we choose to change our belief, when we choose to change the way we think and the way we perceive the conditions on the outside, we empower ourselves.

Self investigation and contemplation is a most courageous work, it is empowerment.

Stillness, meditation, contemplation are all tools that help to disconnect with the outer world and find Source/God within us.
The Source within has been in us all along. We understand this when we move beyond the beliefs of our mind.

A Simple Practice to be in Presence:

Step: 1
Use all your physical senses to come into the present moment.
In order for something to come into our life we have to give it permission, we invite it, we make room for it.
We stop traveling with the mind to the past or future.
We get centered in the here and now.

To get into the present moment bring all your physical senses into your consciousness. Be present with what you are seeing, hearing, touching, tasting, breathing. Just be totally present without any judgment.
Giving your attention is powerful.

Step: 2
Now get into the attitude of gratitude.
Start your gratitude with feeling every word you say.
Start your sentence with ‘I am so grateful that…’
I am so grateful that I am now here. I am so grateful that I can think. I am so grateful that I can breathe. I am so grateful for this body….. and so on.

As you continue to practice being in presence and being in the attitude of gratitude, you empower yourself.
You get to choose and change your beliefs, the old beliefs fade away.
The more you appreciate and celebrate the goodness you already have, you invite more and more clarity and goodness into your life.
