THE LITTLE MIND AND THE DIVINE MIND
The human experience is all about relationships.
Our relationship with ourselves, others, the environment around us and our relationship with the Planet itself.
The way we choose to act on relationships literally create our heaven or our hell. Our greatest joys and our greatest sorrows happen from the basis of our relationships.
The interaction, entanglement and co-creation with relationships enhances our individual experiences.
We are spiritual beings having a human experience.
The Divinity within us is unconditional and it is capable of loving the unlovable, forgiving the unforgivable and building heaven on earth.
Our ego mind or little mind was born when the body was born, it is a beautiful tool to take care and protect the body, but the ego mind is not made to run our life and also it has no idea about our Divine mind.
The Divine mind is our heart center, all good things come from there, it radiates positive energy, our eyes light up with its life force, and our creativity is open to be poured into the planet and create heaven for ourselves and others.
The ego mind focuses on the physical but the Divine mind, our heart focuses on the spiritual. The ego mind believes in limits and is constantly in fear, but when we choose to live from our heart and connect with our Divine mind we understand limitlessness. Understanding limitlessness, we live on the planet as the Divine beings that we are.
The ego mind is reactionary and quick to make judgments and it is argumentative. It believes in limitation and tries to hoard or amass things. The work of the ego mind gives a false feeling of strength but in the end we suffer from loneliness and we forget to have a good relationship with our own Divinity.
The Divine mind knows that the reason for the human experience is for the creative satisfaction of exploring and acknowledging that something can be improved, that something can be made better, that something can enhance life, that making peace with this moment can improve our future moment.
Acting on judgment of the ego mind may make you feel stronger, but true strength comes from discernment and choosing to perceive the gifts in the situation.
Arguing may make you feel stronger, but true strength comes when you choose peace over being right.
Hoarding or amassing things may make you feel stronger, but true strength and freedom comes when you choose to give away.
Storing negativity and revisiting it often can be very compelling, but true strength comes from processing the emotions and letting go.
Everything in the material world is energy crystallization. Energy slowed down in vibration and becomes things. Energy flows with our focus, intention and attention.
Living from the heart is tuning ourselves to our Divine mind. Tuning in means thinking thoughts that feel good, tune in to things that are going well and get into gratitude and appreciation for them.
Our focus and attention hold life giving energy. Where attention goes, our life giving energy flows and enhances it.
When we tune into things that are going well, energy goes to build more of it by bringing more solutions and answers, and there is not much energy going to the not so well things, so the not so well things will have to die a natural death.
By our choice of tuning into the ego mind or the Divine mind, we literally create our heaven or our hell.
Blessings!
