YOUR FOCUS AND FREQUENCY

There is so much of discomfort in the mind about all the injustice in the world, “he said that” “she cheated me” “they treated me badly” “the government is bad” ” education system is bad” , so on and so forth.

Remember that you are your own best friend, and you are also your own worst enemy. You are the creator of heaven or hell in your life.

Yes, by the thoughts you wish to hold you create this.

Heaven or hell is a state of mind.

Innumerable scientific research studies have shown that stress is the number one cause of illnesses in the body and mind. Illness of body-mind, creates a lot of discord in life.

Processing our thoughts and keeping ourselves in a pleasant place should be our number one responsibility. Becoming aware of the thoughts we hold within us is very important.

I had a profound experience with focus and attention. Some years ago. I had a neighbor who constantly irritated me by their uncaring attitude, so I was tormenting myself about all the judgments that were running in my mind. I sat with myself and went into stillness, I made a decision that I will not think about this neighbor or even talk about them to anyone or even in my mind. I simply ignored the thoughts that arose sometimes about this neighbor and distracted myself with breathing or other chores of everyday life. The very next week this neighbor was moving out of their apartment since they found a job in another part of town.

We are the animators of our life. We give life to thoughts with our attention and focus. And so when we give life to an uncomfortable thought, it starts reproducing many more of its kind. Now a huge exaggerated mind story , an uncomfortable story has become a tenant of your mind. A tenant who happily creates hell in our reality.

Yes, just a thought. Be aware that you have the power to change your thoughts. Become aware, love yourself enough to take time out for yourself, away from people and the media and all gadgets, get into stillness, notice your breathing. As your focus goes to your breath, your thoughts dissolve, they die a natural death.

In this stillness choose to create your attitude, your state of mind. Ask yourself “do I want a pleasant inner space or do I want an uncomfortable inner space?” What is your priority?

If your priority is a pleasant state of mind, then get into gratitude. Gratitude for the things you already have in life. Putting it in writing is a powerful inner work. Start your gratitude journal. Consistently keep writing every day, many times during the day. This inner work is so powerful that it puts a smile on your face and keeps you in the state of joy.

Remember, we are energy beings, everything of matter is energy vibrating at a very slow rate, even our physical body is energy vibrating at a very slow pace, so it looks solid. We are vibrating energy.

Frequency is the rate at which energy vibrates. The simple law of nature is that “like frequency attracts like freqency”
It means that whatever energy vibration we are tuning ourselves to, the Universe our partner, will match it by bringing to our space more of it.

This is the simple solution to move through life with ease. Choose to consistently tune yourself to the state of mind you want to be in.

There are two ways to live, either live from hanging on to disturbing memories of the past or live from the place of peace within by bringing in thoughts of kindness, gratitude and peace. The choice of gratitude and peace are the templates to create grander solutions in life.

It is important to remember that your focus and attention are powerful. They give life to thoughts.

When we are aware and alert we get to choose what to focus on. We are energy beings and when we elevate our emotions to gratitude and joy, we are tuning ourselves to the higher frequencies of the Universe. Higher frequencies are the frequencies of energy that bring more of joy and beauty into our life.

We are born with the capacity to do this.
Love yourself enough to sit with yourself in stillness, process your thoughts, give your life-giving focus to gratitude and joy, create solutions, move through life with ease.
