The moment you place your hand on your heart, your awareness flows to your heart center. Your heart center is directly connected to Source Energy. It is in the place of Unity Consciousness, it has access to 360 degrees of all information from the Universe.
Receiving information from our heart, it is easier to solve problems and find grand solutions.
Connecting with your heart is a powerful art to cultivate everyday. You get into harmony with existence.
As you connect with your heart center talk to your heart and repeat many times, “I thank you my heart, I love you” . As you keep repeating you feel calm and ease come over you. Unconditional love starts flowing from you.
