MEDITATION ON THE HEART FLAME

Your heart center connects to 360 degrees of the entire Universe.
You have access to all the riches and wisdom of the universe through your heart center.
Every one of us are born with our heart center, we do not need to search outside.
There is a flame in your heart, your personal Divine flame of love, power and wisdom.
Connecting consciously with your heart flame, you access the riches of the Universe.
Remember, you are a beloved child of the Universe, the Universe adores you. You are worthy to live a wonderful life.

Here is a simple meditation that you can do to connect with your heart center.
1. Create a sacred space. In a dimly lit room, away from gadgets people or pets, get into silence. Notice your breathing and imagine you are breathing in and out through your heart.
2. Close your eyes and turn your attention inward. Imagine yourself as a tiny person and enter into your heart.
3. You now stand on a land that has a hill, on the hill top you see a temple. It is the temple of your heart.
4.Climb the hill, enter the temple, from the doorway you can see an altar where you notice a flickering flame.
5. The energy of your attention and focus is powerful. As you gaze at this flame, the flame grows bigger. The flame is bright and joyful at the same time it is cool and calming.
6. Gaze upon this flame and continue to send it your energies, the flame grows bigger and brighter. You are feeding the flame of your heart. You are stimulating it to grow.
Continue to breathe through your heart and realize that in the depth of your being, your heart center is coming alive.
7. Gently open your eyes and sit in quiet meditation for 5 minutes.

Connect with your heart center at least once a week.
Your heart center is the most important of all your psychic centers. You access your guidance and intuition from your heart.
