THREE SIMPLE BREATH WORK
These are 3 ways to quickly change the stress chemistry of your body through breath and imagination.

1. Take one conscious breath. Be aware, follow your breath as your breath goes through your nostrils into your lungs and comes out of your lungs through your nostrils. Be consciously present with one complete cycle of breath. Do this conscious connection many times during the day. You will notice that irrespective of what is happening, you are able to feel peaceful and your mind is clear to think and bring in good solutions.

2. Shift your breathing position, imagine breathing from the top of your head and breathing out through the soles of your feet. Do this consciously 3 times when you wake up, then 3 or more times during the day and 3 or more times before going to bed. Notice as you breathe how quickly your body gets back to a peaceful state.

3. Sit in a quiet place. Place your hand on your heart and imagine breathing in and out through your heart directly and not through your lungs or nostrils. Closing your eyes helps to visualize the breath moving into the heart from the cosmos and moving out through the heart from the body out into the cosmos. Keep an alarm at a specific time on your phone and remind yourself to do this breath work every day at least for 5 minutes at the same time.

These methods of breathing have been tried and tested by me and by many of my students for more than 30 years and they have proven to be very effective.

They help to remove stress from the body.
They calm down the cells of your body and keep you in a pleasant place. This helps the body to heal and rejuvenate itself.

The heart is the seat of wisdom and when you connect with your heart through breath, you receive information , solutions and ideas to help move through life with ease.
