PRACTICE OF GRATITUDE
The practice of gratitude is a wonderful way to raise one’s frequency.
It is a simple way to open our heart.
When the heart is open our body and mind balances into health and well being.
Since gratitude is a frequency, the law of frequency is ‘ like frequency attracts like frequency’ , so the frequency of gratitude will bring in more things into your life to be grateful for.
Gratitude and unhappy experiences cannot occupy the same space. Shifting your attention to gratitude, helps to stop you from giving attention to negative experiences, feelings and thoughts.
The practice of gratitude is very simple but it brings profound results in the healing and rejuvenation of body and mind.
When we are able to appreciate the things and people in our life, we truly get to grow into better versions of ourselves every single day.
There are three beautiful and simple ways to practice Gratitude.
One method is making a gratitude journal.
Buy a notebook and keep it specifically for entering your gratitude thoughts in it. Write your gratitude as many times as you can in the note book like a fun game. Write gratitude for anything and everything. Gratitude can be given for the air you breathe, for the tree in your yard, for the people in your life, for the bird that comes to sing near your window, anything and everything in life is worthy of gratitude and appreciation.
Sometimes even problems and painful things that happen in life are worthy of our gratitude. If we look back into our life, these
things helped us grow and evolve and bring answers and solutions.
After recording our gratitude everyday, it is important to read them the next day and the next, and create the feeling of joy.
Everyday as we continue to create the feeling of gratitude and joy, we continue to make our life magical and beautiful.
The second simple method is you can make a box or jar with a slit on the lid and write small gratitude notes and slip them into the box everyday. At the end of every month you can open the box and read them. The feeling of joy and satisfaction you get is priceless.
The third fun method to practice Gratitude is to go for a pleasant walk in nature, to a park, garden, beach or even the roadside , anywhere.
Find a smooth flat rock.
Thank the rock, bring it home, write the words ” gratitude magic” on it.
Keep the rock in your purse or pocket and look at it many times take it in your hand many times, hold it, just feel, bring the feeling of gratitude in your heart for everything in your life.
The rock becomes your partner in making your life magical.
