I love to laugh out loud. I enjoyed playing and laughing loud as a child, I truly miss that.

When stress comes to our door, the most powerful tools that we can use to tide over stress is laughter and play.

After a good belly laugh there is always a feeling of peace.

Laughter is a great catalyst for positive transformation in one’s life.

Endorphins released from the brain during laughter boosts the immune system, laughter pumps our heart and gives a good cardiovascular exercise, it boosts the lungs to breathe easier, laughter also releases any pain in the body and balances our blood pressure.

There are also studies conducted about laughter. It was found that people who laugher more easily outlived those who don’t laugh as much.

When we laugh we become like little kids, we are in oneness with our true selves. Our true self/the Divinity within us is a lover, it loves everything, it loves to play, to laugh and to be in joy. Tuning in with our Divine self, life becomes harmonious, we can mover through the journey of life with effortless ease.

Do you know, your body can laugh regardless of what you mind has to say?
You don’t need to have a reason to laugh, you don’t even need to be happy.
You can laugh for no reason!
You can just fake it till it becomes real.

Laughter is high frequency and when you empower yourself with laughter, you elevate your frequency so that all other emotions like sadness, anger, worry, all kinds of fear frequencies cannot be in your space. According to research all fear frequencies are measured to be below 200 Hz, but laughter is above 500 Hz.

The law of frequency is “like frequency attracts like frequency” so when you laugh you elevate your frequency, you tune in to all the beneficial high frequency riches of the universe and they come into your space, and all the lower fear frequencies cannot hook up with you when you are tuned up to an elevated frequency.

Laughter is the best medicine, it is the easiest way to bring more oxygen into the body and brain, to boost the immune system, to remove stress and bring positive feeling.

A person who laughs more often has a most beautiful and radiant face. Laughter is a most powerful facial therapy!

Choose laughter, never stop laughing. Find ways to laugh out loud. Love life, respond to life by laughing more.
