Stop for a moment. Notice your thoughts, notice where your thoughts and emotions are focused on right now.

Did you know that your energy of attention, intention and feeling, are powerful to manifest things in this physical reality?

The creative energy of the universe runs within, through, and around all of us. We use this energy to create everything in our life.
For example if you get an idea about making dinner, you focus your attention on the idea and imagine the process of making dinner first in your mind and then with the energy of your attention you go on to cook the dinner in the physical.

A sculptor looks at a stone and an idea appears, he focuses his entire attention, intention and feelings on it and creates a beautiful statue.

This is the process of creation or manifestation in our physical reality.

Unknowingly we waste a lot of our creative energy everyday on things that we do not want. We focus on other peoples business, their good and bad deeds, or we focus on the things that happened on the news, or we focus on imagined fears about our loved ones and the list goes on.

As we focus our attention on these things the creative energy moves in that direction and creates more of what we fear, more of what we do not like.

So instead if we place our focus on what we want in our life and in our world, we help the creative energy to move towards that direction.

Quantum science says that this is a participatory Universe and the energies of the Universe move where consciousness moves.
Hence, it is more simple to say that we are the creators of our reality.
And it is important to live life with conscious awareness.
Let us choose to be willing to become alert, awake, and use our powerful creative energy to co-create the reality we want.
