A REMINDER TO SELF
FUN EXERCISES WITH WORDS
We forecast our life with our words.
We can change our world by changing our words.
Words are powerful, they create feelings within us. The world is our mirror and it mirrors back to us our beliefs. when we use positive language about ourselves and our abilities then that is what will be mirrored in our life externally. Our use of words not only creates an impact in our reality, but it also impacts on how others perceive and relate to us.
Scientific studies made by the famous researchers, Dr. Masaru Emoto, revealed that molecular changes happened in water with the vibration of words.
Water exposed to positive words or thoughts resulted in beautifully shaped crystal formation when frozen.
And when exposed to negative intention, it resulted in ugly crystal formations. Dr. Emoto published his findings in 2005, “The Hidden Messages of Water”
Our bodies are made up of 99 % water molecules, the water responds to the words we speak. Every positive word we speak, write or read has a direct influence on our physical body.
It is wonderful to make a list of positive adjectives and use them in our everyday life.
I keep a notebook and write down the words that help me feel good and I use them to help others also to feel good.
Start having fun writing the list in alphabetical order. Write a list of positive words starting with A. Appreciate, Affectionate, Awesome. Then write a few with B. Beautiful, Bountiful, Blessed. Then C. Capable, Caring, Considerate. and so on. I keep reference of all beautiful adjective through a Thesaurus.
Just reading the words quietly and feeling them brings a good feeling within. So I take a few words each day and use them when I speak with others, when I appreciate others, and also I make affirmations with those words and tell them out loud to myself.
Another way I use the word is imagine it as a pretty garment or a coat and wear it on myself as I start my day. It brings so much fun throughout my day as I remember to notice the expression of the word in my actions.
I also write the word of my choice in a sticker and stick it to my water bottle and drink that water throughout the day.
Add more words that you find everyday to the list. Then make it a point to use the words as affirmations about you and your life.
These are not only fun exercises, but they also creates great changes in our relationship with ourselves, others, and the Planet.
Blessings!
