WE ARE BORN CAPABLE

The goal of nature is about realizing capabilities & evolving consciousness. It is because we are born capable and our capability is experienced only through situations.

There is no such thing as being safe. Every situation, every person comes into our life at the right time.

Waiting for things to become easy or for someone to come save us is a waste of time. Things flow when we take time to sit with ourselves and process our emotions.

Take courage to make silent times for yourself during the day. Look in the mirror and love the image you see, go within, meet your True Self.

It is wise if we live our life in conscious awareness, then we become the witness of life, responding to life rather than reacting from the mind stories.

Every experience we have is allowing us to evolve into the next best version of ourselves.

Absolutely everything, every person we meet, every situation that we face, every book we read, every message we hear, its all ultimately for our highest good. We gather wisdom from both positive and negative.

We are travelers beyond time and space, this earth experience in physicality is just a moment in eternity.
When we choose to be the witness of life and respond to life from our conscious presence we can gather wisdom from every experience and take it with us beyond time and space.

Gratitude, acceptance and choosing to see the gifts of life are great attitudes that lead one to success.

Acceptance of the present moment, releases the needless suffering of exhaustion and frustration.

Acceptance does not mean we like what is happening, or that we do not have any goals for the future.
Acceptance helps to stop the multiplication of scary mind stories/thoughts.
Acceptance helps to relieve the stress of the moment so that we can then deal with the situation from our inner strength and bring grander solutions.

We are born with resilience, we are born capable, we are capable of facing our fears and bringing in grander solutions.

Let us unravel ourselves and bring out our grand gifts for ourselves and for our beautiful planet.
