MAKE MORE FEEL-GOOD MOMENTS

Give yourself permission to not take the game of life seriously.
Be yourself, be open, meet this moment with openness, that is the most powerful way to live life.
Do not meet the new moment with an old mind story. Meet the new day, the moment in the best way you can.
Choose to give thanks, love everything, smile for no reason, and if you can, just give yourself permission to laugh.
These are simple things but they are powerful to keep you in a pleasant place irrespective of the situation around you.

When you are in a pleasant state of mind, the world around you also changes to match your state of mind, because the world outside is a reflection of the world within.

Appreciate the mundane things of life.
I have noticed some some simple things that create feel-good moments.
Sitting in the presence of a loved one,
watching the sky,
walking under the trees,
smelling the lovely flowers,
experiencing the joy of the sparkling display of sunlight on the lake, evenings on the patio drinking tea and sharing the events of the day with a loved one or a friend or a neighbor,
sharing a bite of chocolate with someone,
visiting with a friend or a friend visiting,
playing with a pet,
small afternoon naps,
reading a book,
hugging a tree,
blowing bubbles,
running down a beach,
holding the hands of a friend or a loved one,
hugging someone,
laughing together,
giving prayers of gratitude many times during the day,
all are simple things of life but they are so very precious.
They become grand feel-good memories.

Appreciating the present moment is a great prayer to the Universe, because the Universe is our co-creator, it responds to our feelings. It brings into our space more of the things that match with our feelings. So be very aware of this.

It is natural to love and to laugh.
It is natural to be a happy person.
It is natural to be easy and to smile a lot.

Today look for things that make you smile more, laugh more, to skip and be glad and be happy.

Choose ‘Happy’ as many times as you can during your day.
Work towards the ‘feel-good’ feeling in your inner world, in your imagination.
Imagination is magic.
When you make your inner world more real, your outer world will have to match it.
