There is enormous power in your intention, focus, and attention.
Whatever you choose to give your attention to, is brought to life. You do not need to seek, you just need to give your attention to that which you are seeking, and that which you are seeking will come into your space.
Your choice and your decisions create your reality, the only question is whether you are conscious or unconscious of your choice.

Be very conscious of what you are giving your attention to, is it supporting you in anyway?
If not, then change your intention and attention to that which you desire and you will be amazed to note that your reality changes to align with your intention.

Creating an intention box is a great way of focusing your attention to that which you want.
An intention box is a tool that helps your mind to focus your energy and attention to that which you want.
Most of the time our mind is distracted with so many things of life, we fail to give full attention to that which we want . We desire something but do not understand that we can bring it into our life with our focus, attention and intention.

So this tool is a fun way to understand the power of your focus, attention and intention. Just become child-like and create this simple tool with joy.

This simple tool can be made with simple materials. It can be cardboard box of any size, as small as a match box or as large as a craft box or shoe box, any size you are comfortable with.

Decorate your box with stickers, or paint or glitter or just keep it plain. Personalize it according to your wish.
This box is an instrument a bridge, a stairway you have constructed in the physical to connect with the Universe your partner in creation.

Draw a smiley face on top of the box to remind you of the joy of bringing things to life with your intention and attention.
Also write a small note to the Universe near the smiley face “I thank you , I love you.”

You now need paper and pen to write your intention and activate your box.
Sit in silence with yourself for a few minutes and place your hand on your heart and ask yourself, ” what is it that I want to receive at this time?”.
Sit with the question for sometime, your soul will guide you.
It is essential that this intention is something you feel passionate about.

Remember the Universe is your partner in creation, it loves you. Write your intention with gratitude and uplifting words. The more positive energy you bring, you attract the same kind of frequency from the Universe.
If you need relationship, see yourself in a loving relationship and feel the happiness. If you want prosperity, see yourself doing the things you will do in prosperity.
Now, write your intention with this feeling on paper, fold the paper and place it inside the box and let go and trust that the Universe will provide.

You just sent our a joyful heartfelt letter to the Universe, get into trust and know deep within you that your box is working. Leave your box alone to work its magic.

As you go through your day be aware and notice the changes that are happening towards your intention. Note them down in a journal with joy. Think of your intention with happiness as you go to sleep, and also as you wake up in the morning.

Remember the box is a tool of connection between you and the Universe. It serves the purpose of focusing your attention and intention. The whole thing is powered by your thought. You are the powerful energizer. The Universe is your partner in creation and it understands your feelings.
