LIVING FROM INSPIRATION

A REMINDER TO SELF

LIVING FROM INSPIRATION

A recent research article caught my attention. It says that the human brain works slower in old age because we have stored more information over time.

To keep our mind alert and clear and live from Divine inspiration, it is important to sit silently with ourselves and process our thoughts and let go all that which do not support us anymore.

Clutter clearing is not only for the space we live in but also for the mind data, the baggage that stays with us from all the hurts that happened in the past, the judgments, all the wounded stories. These are not happening in the now moment, we make them happen again and again by keeping them alive in our mind and visiting them often. Because of these stories we forget to laugh, we forget to smile, we forget to appreciate and the stories become the filter to all our decision making in life. Life becomes one big journey of suffering.

Every new moment we have the opportunity to renew ourselves. Life is not a journey from point A to point B, it is a creation moment by moment through our thoughts, words and actions. When we remove the stories of heavy baggage from our mind, Divine inspiration flows and helps us organize our thoughts, words and actions from the place of inspiration.

In my country they say that when you go to the temple to visit the deity, you keep yourself clean. I feel that it is not only physical body cleaning but also mental body cleaning, cleaning all kinds of negative thoughts of worry, doubt, anger judgment and fear. The temple is the physical body and the deity is the Divinity within oneself. To connect with the Divinity within, one has to enter with a clean mind, a child like mind, in a state of gratitude and appreciation.

There are many wonderful spiritual practices which help to clear the baggage of the mind data that do not support our life anymore.

Meditation, grounding, centering, inquiry, reliving, so many wonderful practices are available online for free.

The one that I work with mostly is Ho’oponopono of Dr. Hew Len. This practice has helped me so much in every aspect of my life and to help others around me, I went ahead did the practitioner course.
Ho’oponopono is just four sentences that is said to the mind data.
They are:
“I am sorry
Please forgive me
I thank you
I love you”

These are spoken to the deeper subconscious data stored within that we are unaware of. This data is being mirrored in the reality around us in the situations around our jobs, relationships, finance and health. Life is kind to mirror to us the data so that we see them and take steps to erase them. The more we continue to say the sentences everyday, we tell the universe that we are ready to release the unsupportive data.

Our Higher Self listens to our prayer, and as we continue to say these sentences from the place of taking 100% responsibility for our reality, our Higher Self erases the data and brings us to zero point or neutrality.

Our thoughts become things. Neuroscience says that our brain can process 11 million bits of information every second, but our conscious mind can handle only 40 to 50 bits of information in a second. The remaining million bits get stored in the subconscious, but these are still capable of creating the reality we experience.

There are just two ways to live our life, either from the place of the mind data or memory or from the place of zero point where we have removed all the “I this , I that” stories and have allowed for Divine inspiration to flow through us.

Living from the place of memories we suffer, we become reactionary.
Living from the place of Divine inspiration, life flows with effortless ease.

Processing emotions, clearing mind stories, bringing oneself to zero point or neutrality, becoming child like is our responsibility in this human journey.

Do anything and everything that would help to bring you to your child like space.
Remember life is not linear, life is a conscious creation moment by moment.
Let go the baggage of the mind. Laugh a lot, hug a tree, blow bubbles, fly a kite, get into gratitude and appreciation many times during the day, sing a song of love for your physical body and everything physical around you.
Make your life journey a journey of Divine inspiration.
Blessings!
