TWO EXERCISES TO CREATE YOUR NEW LANGUAGE

Blessed are you when you realize that nothing or no one can make you happy, because being happy is a choice you make every moment, and when you choose to be happy, you become a magnet for happiness and happy things automatically get attracted to you.

The truth that I realized in this life journey is that you cannot make yourself poor enough to make someone rich, you cannot make yourself sick enough to make someone healthy, you cannot make yourself sad enough to make someone happy.

Keep yourself in an elevated emotional space, uplift yourself constantly so that you get clarity to do the right thing at any given moment.

And since you are an energy being, when you elevate yourself everyone who comes into your space also gets healed and elevated. It is as simple as that.

When fear thoughts suffocate you, when the mind stories pull you down with stress, choose to rewrite the mind stories with feel-good stories.

These are two exercises of creating feel-good stories with a feel-good language:

1. Create a new language of appreciation, delight, joy, and excited anticipation. Make a list of these words in your journal, and add to the words everyday., Open your journal and see the words often. Use the words often in your speech. Create a new language of happy words. Start your exercise by making a list of all the beautiful words from the letter ‘A’ –

Adorable

Amazing

Abound

Admire

Adore

Amusing

And so on …

Now start another page where you find and note down positive words from the letter ‘B’, then go to the letter ‘C’.

Keep adding to your list.

2. Take time to sit with nature, see the clouds move, observe the breeze, the birds, the trees, the sun, the river.

When you take time to just be, you notice that the fear thoughts are like clouds on a clear sky , they come and they pass away. They do not stay unless you tie them to your attention and emotion.

Nature is one of the best pathways to inner peace. Sitting in nature recharges you with energy to heal your body and your mind.

Many research studies show that when people are shown Nature scenes, their brain lit up with empathy and love. People were also able to tolerate pain and overcome adverse effects when they spent more time in nature.

These exercises help to tell your self your feel-good stories.

Create your new vocabulary of appreciation and joy.

As often as you can, sit with yourself, just be, notice the grace and balance of nature.

Yes, you can do it, it is possible.

Practicing these simple exercises help to relieve stress and fear. They help you notice the benevolence of life. Trusting the benevolence of life you open the doors to bring forth happiness and well being into your space.

There is no built-in meaning in any life situation, the meaning for everything is the meaning you choose to give it. Give meaning to situations in such a way that they turn to your favor.
