AFFIRMING COURAGE
Every one of us face hardships through our life. There may be problems with finance, health, relationships, jobs etc.
By experiencing many ups and downs on this Planet the one thing I have come to understand is that life is always kind.
We are given only the tasks that we can deal with at any given time. If there is a ‘problem’ placed in front of us, it means that we are born with tools within to deal with it and create grander solutions for it.
Life/Universe made us to be grand beings with immense power within, when we choose to trust life, we connect with our inner power and we create grandness for ourselves and for this Planet.

What does it take to come into the ease and flow of life? It has nothing to do with the situation or the person. It has everything to do with you balancing your emotional state.
Do not suppress the emotion, drop the judgment, just allow the disharmonious feeling and it is the bridge that will take you towards peace.
Some complain that they are not able to get rid of their anger for things that have happened many years ago. The reason is because we did not drop the judgment.
I have noticed that when I stop judging the situation and just be with the feeling, the anger or sadness absolutely dissipates.
When I am able to get out of resistance, I am at ease, I can get into a blissful place even with the intense negative situation.
When we choose to face our fears, the fears disappear and only love remains, and love helps us to create grander visions and greater solutions.

Every life experience causes us to ask for something, and we get to grow and expand in consciousness and gather wisdom.
The complexity of the situation helps ideas and improvements to be born.
But when we continue to focus on the judgment and resistance about the situation, we become stagnant.
The evolution of life is all about the creative satisfaction of exploring and acknowledging that things can be improved, that they can be better or more efficient.
We are all in this journey of grand creations.

I have found that the tools of affirmations help as a bridge to move through the situation.
To affirm something means we declare it to be true for us, it is a sentence or a phrase that we declare to ourselves and the Universe with the intention that it becomes the truth in our life.

Here are some beautiful affirmations to help face fear, anger, or anxiety, and help to move beyond them.

Every moment of every day I am becoming more and more courageous.

I act in spite of my fear and the fear fades away.

I allow the courage of my heart to dissolve any fears I experience.

I always take positive action in the face of fear.

I am a brave and valiant warrior.

I am daring and love trying new things.

I am daring enough to face any challenge.

Great strength lies within me at all times.

You can practice any one or a combination of the affirmations above.
Practicing the affirmations is saying them repeatedly to oneself with feeling throughout the day or even writing them as many times as you can with feeling it as true for you.
The mind may rebel sometimes and say that it is not true, but I believe in “fake it till you make it”.
So practice diligently, wholeheartedly irrespective of what is happening around you.
By this you are creating a new program within your subconscious and the new program automatically erases the old fear program.

There is immense courage within us, we are powerful beings, let us choose to connect with our resources within and create grandness for ourselves and for this Planet!
