
WHEN WE TRANSFORM OURSELVES, THE WORLD TRANSFORMS
The ‘busyness’ of the modern world has left our body and mind acting on autopilot. We do not take time to be conscious about life or our inner world.
Research says that more than 90% of the thoughts we think every day are the same thoughts we thought the previous day. For many years we have created this routine, so we have literally stamped a pattern in our brain which gives us a familiar feeling. Constantly training the brain with the same beliefs and thoughts, a habit is created. The body then becomes the mind and now knows how to do the routine without the mind. There is no conscious connection with inner being and emotions become reactionary and body runs on automatic habits. Without conscious creation on the inside the world outside seems quite chaotic.
Destiny matches our thoughts, so if 90% of thoughts are the same then life stays the same.
Neuroscientist, Dr. Joe Dispenza, says, the same thoughts lead to the same choices, same choices everyday lead to same behaviors and same behaviors create the same experiences, and same experiences create emotions that tend to trigger the way we think. New research explains that our biology, our neuro-chemistry and our gene expressions are equal to how we think, act, and feel. The way we think, act, and feel becomes our personality that creates our personal reality.
We want to have a new life, to have healing, to have the perfect body, to create better jobs, better opportunities, to create wealth or to have profound mystical experiences. So we try to change our thoughts with positive thinking. But positive thinking does not work, because our body has been conditioned into a program of the past for many years and it does not understand the new program.
It is not possible to create a new life as the same person. In order to create a new personal reality, we need to change not only the way we think but also the way we feel & act.
‘Thinking’ is of the mind and ‘feeling’ is of the body. When you have an unhappy thought, the body feels unhappy. When you think you are a failure, your body feels it. And the feeling creates more thoughts. And we get caught in this vicious cycle of thinking and feeling.
And when we try to make new resolutions to change, the body feels uncomfortable, reluctant to step into the unknown and it feeds the mind with many brilliant excuses. We respond to the excuses because they feel right to the body.
So change becomes very hard unless we choose to become aware, become conscious, take charge, become greater than the body and mind on autopilot. It takes time and patience to teach the body emotionally the kind of future we would like to see.
Since it took a repetition of same kind of thoughts & emotions for number of years to habituate the body and mind on autopilot and create a state of reality that we do not want anymore. Now it is time to help the body to unlearn and relearn through feelings the new state of reality we want to create.
Teaching the body to ‘feel’ is a powerful practice. It is important to understand that if our body and mind are continuously on autopilot and a set programmed routine, our past becomes our predictable future and we lose freewill.
Teaching the body to ‘feel’ means, we make the body feel the feeling of a positive thought as if it has happened. So for example, instead of waiting for wealth to get the feeling of abundance and gratitude, we start making the feeling of abundance and gratitude, with our thoughts. We continue to take time every day and rehearse this in our mind for the body to feel gratitude and abundance. The moment the body feels it, we start generating wealth.
Reprogramming takes continuous diligent practice.
We have the power in us to take courage, to take control of the redundant program of the body. We can make a choice to detach from the noise and attraction of the outer world and sit ourselves down in a silent space. Close our eyes, go within, and notice our unconscious thoughts.
The moment we start noticing the thoughts, we become the watcher of our thoughts. Awareness is the first step to pull away from the unconscious program and habit of judging, feeling unworthy, feeling sorry for oneself, creating excuses.
The awareness of knowing that you are not your thoughts helps you to separate yourself from your body and become the audience. You notice the familiar past and the predictable future.
There is only one place where the unknown exists, it is the place where there is power to create, and that is the Present Moment. In the Present Moment we connect with our powerful Divine Self, the power that created our body, the planets and the stars.
Creation overrides the power of habitual programming.
Our intention has to be greater than the old program, greater than our environment. We practice determination, it is an act of great will and it can be done. We tune out the environment and tune in what feels right to our soul. And when we do it, the fruit of our labor is great changes in our health and in our life as well.
Let us love ourselves enough to choose to be the visionary, the great programmers of our new reality, invite the mystical into our lives, and be the Divine beings that we are.
