ASK YOUR HEART
When you ask your brain a question, it has to go through all the loops of logic and fear before answering. But when you ask your heart a question, it knows the answer even before you ask it.
The heart is the place of intuition and wisdom. The brain can accumulate knowledge but wisdom is in the heart. When we are in a critical point to make decisions, it is a gift that we have our heart with us.
Sitting in silence , placing my hand on my heart, these are the simple questions I often ask my heart, “Show me what I need to know?” Another great question, “How good can I be?” or “How good can this situation be?”
Sitting in silence with the heart and listening we are shown the grander path for our life journey.
