A SIMPLE BUT PROFOUND PRACTICE

Nothing works without practice. Practice is training the mind. You are not your mind, you are your mind’s trainer. Train your mind to understand and see what the heart knows already.

Your heart knows that you are life and you are also the experiencer of life,  but does your mind know that? In this busy modern world experience we use the mind to work for us everyday, all the time, for all things. So if we take the responsibility to train the mind, then the mind will have good guidance from its master, that is You.

To help the mind to know and understand that life is kind, a simple practice is gratitude journaling.

Practice writing gratitude in a notebook sincerely everyday.

Get a notebook for this special journaling practice. Putting it on paper makes your mind focus.

Decorate the notebook with a beautiful cover and happy pictures that you like, make it a very special tool for you.

Keep it in a place where you have access to it anytime.

Every day write neatly about the things in life you are grateful for.

Start with simple things like being grateful for the air you breathe, the food , the people in your life, for intelligence, for health,  just keep going on whenever you get time, write it down.

Write the words slowly, hold it , be present with it, the more present you are with the sentence, the more exciting your energy grows with the body. Be present with the feeling of every word as you write.

As you practice, give thanks not only for the good, but also the ‘bad’ as the mind sees it. Train  your perception to notice the gifts in the negative situation also and give thanks. Negative situations help you create grander solutions, they help you experience your capability as a creator being.

When you change your perception, you shift your consciousness.  The physical body has the potential to shift along as you expand your consciousness. 

Every situation in life is a matched frequency. When you shift  your frequency, the situation also shifts. 

Diligent practice of the attitude of gratitude, changes your perception. 

As you continue this practice you will notice that you smile more often, you laugh more easily, you feel more calm and peaceful, things that were challenging before now start flowing smoothly, your heart flows with gratitude and joy, and you are able to be at a more balanced emotional and mental state.

Everything will bend to our will if we change our perception and raise our frequency. 

Take personal responsibility and give yourself permission to change your perception and experience the joy of living.
