BECOME THE SPACE, BE THE WITNESS

The mind is a beautiful tool that helps solve problems, make decisions, think rationally, wills, remembers and reasons. The mind was created to take care of the body, it continues to overdo its work.

At one point the mind creates something called the ego which is based on the concept of self importance. Its mission is to find everything that is wrong with the situation or people around. The ego part of the mind thinks that life is broken and it is a great work to fix things and gain self importance.

The ego loves to create big problems out of nothing. It loves to create a drama, then create a solution for it and then it feels important and productive. Without problems the ego feels empty and meaningless. The ego is satisfied when life is a hard struggle.

So as a society we have become the best reporters of problems, if you meet a friend or a neighbor the best part of the conversation is all about the struggles, if you turn on the news media, the best part of the report is all about the brokenness of the world. All systems, religious, education, justice, governments run because of the ego’s need for problems and solutions.

The ego mind creates a problem, then tries to find a solution, and then it feels productive. Without the ego, there is nothing to do, nowhere to go, no one to be. The empty feeling without the problems makes one to stuff oneself with anything whatsoever.

Now if there is a situation or a job that you don’t like, for a change stop complaining, don’t make it into a problem to be solved instead start discovering what you like about it. The deeper you look at that situation, the smaller it will appear. It may not seem scary anymore. You may even get into a state of actually starting to love it and it becomes effortless.

This is because you are a powerful being. Make a decision to not see the situation as problematic in the mind. There is nothing broken, nothing needing to be fixed.

Everything is meant to be experienced by living them fully. When you choose to live the experience, you experience the shift. Instead of creating a sabotage to overcome, let us overcome in silence.

Let the problems already there be loved. When you start living the experience fully, you will not stress yourself, you will do all your normal activities in peace and flexibility.

Life gives us a second chance to recognize the pain we have been pushing down for years. The pain comes up to be loved and released. We are triggered by parts of us that we do not like. When we love these parts of us, we will not be triggered again.

The more we are okay with our inside, we become okay with everyone outside. It is because the only problem with the people outside is that they are triggering in us what we have not cleared on the inside.

When we take all the pain we feel and accept it, we become oblivious to the triggers and less and less people get annoying.

Make a meditation of allowing these parts of you to come up and be okay with them and love them. When you are okay with them, they leave you, you come into joy.

Meditation:

As you wake up everyday, sit with yourself silently for an hour or at least 30 minutes. You will notice that your mind switches on and brings up all the burdensome clutter about people & situations of life.

Just be the silent witness. Be okay with it, love it.

This is a most powerful work of clutter clearing the mind and bringing oneself to a clear state of consciousness. The more you are willing to do this work, inspiration happens and life moves with effortless ease.

Practicing Ho’oponopono as taught by Dr. Hew Len has helped me so much during these times.

I allow all the memories to come up one by one and say to the memory, “I love you, I thank you” and it continues to dissolve. It is because all the memories that come up is not who you are. You get to know who you are by experiencing who you are not. This lifetime is a gift to make amends, to clear the mental clutter and know the inner perfectness of Source within.

The moment we are clear, we live from the place of divine inspiration. When we are clear all others around us are also in clarity because as humanity we are a collective consciousness. We are the enlightened beings for whom we have been waiting for.

It is our responsibility to sit silently with our discordant mental clutter every single day and continue to give attention and love them as a little child who has a temper tantrum because he/she was not given attention so far.

So as you continue to be okay with the memories and love them, they get the attention they needed and they clear out, they dissolve and just leave us in the space of Divinity with unlimited possibility to experience the true magic of life.

This lifetime is a gift to finish our unfinished business of clutter clearing memories and to live life from Divine inspiration. Let us choose to be clear vessels, let us choose freedom.

  1. Great share, meditation as well being mindful are great tools to help dealing with triggers through emotions, or challenges we have to face much love and blessings
