Healing Inner Traumas
Being human is challenging as every person goes through trauma in life. The bitter thing about personal challenges is that people sometimes take the power from their trauma or challenges, build up stories around it, and use it to try to control other people. They have a “poor me” party for themselves; a viable reason and excuse to not be good or feel good. Our culture, society, and religious traditions teach us to feel guilty. We are burdened by guilt, and guilt never allows us to heal our wounds. Therefore, guilt is a wasted and a wasting emotion. This is why the saying, “Hurt people are the ones who hurt others,” is true. The ugly truth here is that we become so connected with our wounded past that we use it to manipulate others.
Every person, every place, and every situation has been created benevolently by life for our growth physically, spiritually, and emotionally. Every interaction with another human being and every experience with every life situation is a beautiful opportunity to expand, to amass, and to gather enormous knowledge and wisdom. All we can deal with from the mind is only what we see in front of us – our minds do not know the bigger picture. If we truly analyze from our heart, we can know that our past has brought us to where we are right now, and this wisdom gives us a clue of how to create our future from this platform. Life has always been benevolent; reality or God is always loving and good, and there is no argument. When we argue with reality, we suffer greatly.
Blessings!
